Nursery: Edgbaston Nursery School, Birmingham, B15
Hours: Monday-Friday, Full Time
Salary: £13.10-£13.45 an hour, dependent on experience and qualifications

About you
You are a Level 3 or above qualified Senior Early Years Educator / Senior Practitioner / Senior Nursery Nurse / Room Leader or similar, who thrives on leading by example and inspiring others to be their best. You love supporting and encouraging the natural curiosity and excitement of young children, motivating others to do the same. You possess a natural, nurturing openness, a warm and positive outlook, and care deeply about learning and education standards in the UK.
What you'll be doing
Day to day, you will deliver care to children while supervising your team. You will identify areas for improvement, whether related to learning and teaching techniques or creating more stimulating experiences and environments. You will embrace inclusivity to meet the individual needs of everyone in your room. You will be responsible for ensuring all record-keeping requirements are completed regularly and conducting team appraisals. As the Senior Early Years Educator (Nursery Room Leader), you will work collaboratively with other Room Leads and the management team to ensure the nursery runs successfully.
