A leading healthcare provider is seeking Advanced Clinical Practitioners to join their Clinical Assessment Service, providing remote patient assessments. The role involves diagnosing and managing minor illnesses and injuries, with a focus on patient-centered care and effective clinical management. Successful candidates will enjoy competitive pay, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

You will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team including GPs, ACPs, ENPs, ECPs, Urgent Care Practitioners, and operational staff.
If you are passionate about providing high-quality care, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to patient-centred practice, we would love to hear from you. Join us in a role where your expertise directly contributes to better outcomes for patients -- all from the convenience of a remote setting.

Deliver health education advice, promoting self-care and supporting patients to make informed decisions about their health.
Recognise acutely ill patients and initiate urgent interventions or escalate appropriately to ensure patient safety.
Identify safeguarding concerns and make referrals in line with safeguarding policies and best practice.
Maintain clear, accurate, and contemporaneous clinical records, contributing to audits, service improvements, and key performance targets.
