FCMS is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner for remote triage in Blackpool. The role involves patient consultations, prioritizing care, and collaborating with health professionals to ensure timely treatment. This permanent position offers a competitive hourly rate based on experience.
The post holder will carry out consultations for patients requiring assessment to determine the next course of treatment. Responsibilities include communicating with a range of health professionals, such as nurses and paramedics, who may be in a patient's home providing advice, as well as interacting directly with patients and relatives needing advice or medication prescriptions.
You will need to effectively prioritize patients in the queue.
