ES Recruit seeks an experienced Tender Manager to own end-to-end bidding for a specialist engineering business in the nuclear sector. You will lead major tender submissions from opportunity through governance to final submission, coordinating technical, commercial and operational stakeholders to maximise win rates and support ambitious growth targets.

This role suits an accomplished Bid Manager with a strong track record of managing complex, high-value bids within nuclear or similarly regulated

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end tender processes in regulated/high-value environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across technical and commercial domains.
• Strong track record in developing win strategies and compliant submissions.
