We're looking for an experienced Tender Manager to take the lead on the internal bid process, from initial tender receipt through to submission, client feedback and lessons learned. This is a key role within the Sales function, working closely with teams across the business, subsidiaries and the wider supply chain to develop compelling, high-quality bids.
You'll take ownership of the bid process, developing the overall strategy, building the story and bringing together the right people and expertise to deliver winning submissions.
You’ll need to be comfortable operating autonomously, solving problems creatively and bringing people together around a clear strategy.
We’re looking for a proven bid professional who combines strong project management and commercial awareness with excellent stakeholder management skills.
