Job summary

White-Recruitment is seeking an experienced Tender Manager to lead high-value bids in a highly regulated environment. You will own the bid process from receipt to submission, shaping strategy and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver compelling submissions.

The role requires 10+ years in bid/tender management, strong commercial awareness, and experience in regulated sectors such as nuclear or decommissioning.

Qualifications

• Must have strong bid/tender project management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in highly regulated sectors (nuclear/decommissioning) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pre-Qualification and Bid Management activities.
• Develop bid programmes, schedules and requirements for each tender.
• Coordinate contributors, SMEs, subsidiaries and supply-chain partners.
