Job summary

FMCG Executive Network Ltd is recruiting a Senior NPD Technologist for a busy bakery-focused manufacturing site. You will lead NPD projects from concept to launch, develop bakery products to trend briefs, plan trials, scale-ups and launches, and maintain product specs and documentation.

You will collaborate with technical, production, procurement and commercial teams to ensure quality, cost, and manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading NPD projects from concept to launch.
• Bakery product development experience desirable.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and retailer requirements.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer and internal NPD projects from concept through launch.
• Develop innovative bakery products aligned with market trends and briefs.
• Plan factory trials, scale-ups and product launches.
• Create and maintain product specifications and documentation.
• Collaborate with technical, operations and commercial teams to ensure manufacturability and quality.
