Job summary

Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care is seeking a nurse to deliver and coordinate specialist palliative and end of life care during night shifts in patients' homes. You will respond to SOS calls and work autonomously within agreed plans, supported by an HCA and another qualified nurse to ensure a safe, well-organised night shift.

This enhanced practice role aims to grow future specialists within our hospice care charity, providing bereavement support and compassionate care to adults and transitioning

Responsibilities

Deliver and coordinate specialist palliative and end of life care to people in their own homes with the night service (21:15–07:15).
Assess, plan and evaluate care autonomously within agreed plans and your own competence, working alone with an HCA and another qualified nurse on the night shift, and run a safe, well-organised shift.
