Severn Hospice is seeking a Nurse Associate for a 12-month fixed-term post in the Inpatient Unit. You will work under Registered Nurses to deliver palliative and end-of-life care, while mentoring new HCAs and students. The role involves nights, shift rotation, and cross-site work.

Applicants must have a Nurse Associate qualification and previous palliative care experience, with strong communication and IT skills, and be prepared for a flexible schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Nurse Associate qualification required.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health Care required.
• English and Maths GCSE grade A–C or O level equivalent.

• Plan and deliver person-centred care under direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Support patients and relatives through ongoing communication.
• Support admission and discharge with care plans and documentation.
• Undertake advanced nursing tasks once trained and deemed competent.
