Rennie Grove Peace's night hospice at home team delivers palliative and end of life care in patients' own homes, working from Peace Hospice. The core is specialist symptom control, syringe driver care and SOS calls, with the nurse planning care largely alone alongside a healthcare assistant and another nurse. What sets this post apart is the night pattern: three 9.5-hour shifts a week from 21:15 to 07:15 across seven days. Fit rests on current NMC registration and post-registration experience in a relevant setting.
