Job summary

Spinwell Ltd is seeking a Senior NHS People Professional for a short-term contract in Harlow with hybrid working and minimum 3 days onsite per week. Immediate start with a 2-month duration.

The role requires strong NHS People leadership, HR, OD and EDI&B experience and the ability to deputise for the Chief People Officer at senior meetings. The assignment covers complex employee relations, medical workforce matters, job planning and contracts, and will involve working across multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Significant senior NHS People/HR leadership experience, ideally operating at Band 9, Deputy CPO or equivalent level.
• Broad senior-level experience across HR, OD and EDI&B.
• The credibility to deputise for the Chief People Officer at senior meetings.

Responsibilities

• Immediate priorities include support with This is Us Week, Staff Awards, medical job planning and contract matters, MHPS/complex casework and appeals, CPO meetings.
• The role requires managing complex senior employee relations and medical workforce matters, including MHPS case management and appeals.
• Provide autonomous, fast-paced support across multiple People priorities with minimal supervision.
• Flexible to provide senior support across the wider People function as organisational needs shift.
