• Produce monthly client reports and submit BACS on approval.
• Generate scheduled payroll reports and payslips.
• Ensure payments are processed on time per schedules.
• Handle client queries professionally with agreed resolutions.
• Maintain communication with HMRC, NHS Pensions and Courts.
• Process year-end returns accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements.
