King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Band 6 Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join the Neurorehabilitation Service at Orpington Hospital. The post involves delivering SLT across the neurorehabilitation population and contributing to service development.

You will work under supervision within a well-supported department, with CPD opportunities and access to MDT in-service training, in a Trust known for its teaching and research.

Qualifications

• Band 6 Senior Speech and Language Therapist with relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to teach and develop junior staff and students.
• Active involvement in CPD and service development.

Responsabilités

• Provide SLT services across neurorehabilitation for adult patients.
• Contribute to wider service development and MDT in-service training.
• Support knowledge and skills development within the department.
• Line management will be provided by Clinical Lead SLTs.
