Job summary

CLCH is seeking a Band 6 Bank Speech and Language Therapist to deliver specialist SLT services across the tri-borough community neuro-rehabilitation teams in the Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea, and Westminster areas. The role covers clinics, home visits, and community settings, with flexible working options and unsocial hours as applicable.

Qualifications

• Degree and the Royal College of Speech/Language Therapists Licence to Practice.
• Registered member of HPC and RCSLT.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist assessment and treatment of adults with acquired neurological conditions and swallowing/communication impairments.
• Work within the Community Neurological Rehabilitation Team and collaborate with MDT colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Support ESD Stroke role and community-based rehabilitation across the tri-borough area.
