Job summary

Tunbridge Wells Grammar School for Boys is seeking a Senior Network Support Technician to join our busy IT Department. Based mainly at the Sevenoaks campus, you will help maintain networks, hardware and software across both sites and ensure reliable IT services for staff and students.

Working with the Network Manager, you will troubleshoot complex issues, support teaching and learning, and contribute to future developments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working within an IT support or network environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of networks, hardware and software systems.
• Effective problem solver with excellent organisational skills.
• Confident and professional communicator with staff, students and stakeholders.
