Job summary

Tunbridge Wells Grammar School for Boys is seeking a Senior Network Support Technician to join our busy IT Department. Based mainly at the Sevenoaks campus, you will help maintain networks, hardware and software across both sites and ensure reliable IT services for staff and students.

Working with the Network Manager, you will troubleshoot complex issues, support teaching and learning, and contribute to future developments.

Predominantly based at our Sevenoaks campus, this role offers variety, responsibility and the chance to make a real impact across both of our thriving school sites.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring that staff and students can make the very best use of technology, supporting teaching, learning and the smooth operation of the school.

Working closely with the Network Manager, you will help maintain and develop the school's IT infrastructure and systems across both campuses. From managing networks and supporting users to troubleshooting complex technical issues and contributing to future developments, you will be at the heart of delivering a reliable and innovative IT service.
