Job summary

Arqiva is seeking a Senior Engineer – Network & IP to maintain, support and enhance its critical IP network infrastructure. You will provide technical leadership across operations, lifecycle management and projects, driving improvements while mentoring engineers and ensuring solutions meet business and regulatory needs.

The role requires hands-on expertise with IP networks, routing protocols, data centre tech and AWS, plus the ability to work across teams and remote locations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in an operational network support role.
• Excellent customer facing skills with ability to own issues to resolution.
• Coaching and mentoring skills to increase team knowledge.
• Ability to lead engineers across multiple teams and remote locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex network support with responsibility for uptime and performance.
• Provide technical guidance across network lifecycle management and projects.
• Coordinate with design, product, architecture and security teams to deliver live network changes.
• Mentor engineers and ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met.
