Job summary

The Engage Partnership Recruitment seeks an experienced NetSuite Administrator/Developer to own our client’s NetSuite ERP platform. Reporting to the CFO, you will configure workflows, saved searches, dashboards, roles and permissions, and develop SuiteScript 2.x customisations.

You will support integrations, provide L2/L3 support, drive automation and continuous improvement, and reduce technical debt across the business. This UK-based role focuses on Essex operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years NetSuite experience as an Administrator, Consultant, Analyst, or Developer.
• Commercial SuiteScript 2.x development experience is essential.
• Experience with SuiteCloud, integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and ERP processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the NetSuite environment.
• Configure workflows, saved searches, dashboards, roles, and permissions.
• Develop and maintain customisations using SuiteScript (essential).
• Support and enhance integrations with third-party systems.
• Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Work with stakeholders to deliver scalable business solutions.
• Drive automation, process improvements, and reduce technical debt.
