Job summary

Lane Clark & Peacock seeks an experienced senior developer to own major features on the Pulse platform. You will design, build and maintain secure APIs and services in C#/.NET, mentor teammates and drive high-quality software through to release and live support.

You will work closely with product stakeholders, maintain data-access layers with EF and SQL Server/Azure SQL, and help improve performance, reliability and security while contributing to CI/CD and testing practices.

Qualifications

• Strong development experience in C# / .NET and API design.
• Ability to mentor teammates and provide constructive code reviews.
• Proven testing, security awareness and clean-code practices.
• Experience with EF, SQL Server/Azure SQL and Azure services.
• Ability to contribute to CI/CD and release processes.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of substantial features from design to live support.
• Design, develop and maintain secure, scalable APIs and services using C#/.NET.
• Develop and maintain data-access solutions with EF and SQL Server/Azure SQL; optimize performance.
• Mentor colleagues through code reviews and knowledge sharing; remove blockers.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and release management with proper testing and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Digital Services to align with internal standards.
• Proactively monitor reliability, performance and security; drive improvements.
