Job summary

Arrows is recruiting Senior and Lead .NET Engineers to join our growing technology consultancy. You will work across a range of complex client projects, taking genuine ownership of technical outcomes and contributing to architecture and engineering practices.

You will collaborate with clients and engineering teams, making sound technical decisions while maintaining strong engineering standards in testing, quality and delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with .NET and C#.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD and Terraform.
• Understanding of automated testing and modern software engineering.
• Experience across multiple programming languages or tech stacks.
• Proven leadership of engineers and ownership of technical outcomes.
• Lead Engineer/Staff Engineer experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver high-quality software across complex client projects.
• Hands-on with .NET/C#, backend-focused development.
• Own technical decisions and project outcomes.
• Apply modern DevOps practices including CI/CD and Terraform.
• Contribute to architecture and technical direction.
• Lead, mentor and support other engineers.
• Collaborate with clients and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing, quality and delivery.
