Qualifications

• Proven DevOps ownership and responsibility for CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and automated testing.
• Experience in Lead-level roles owning a team and delivery outcomes, or Staff Engineer experience setting technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team embedded with a client, owning delivery outcomes end to end.
• Own the DevOps lifecycle: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, automated testing and production monitoring.
• Act as a trusted technical voice with client stakeholders while staying hands-on with the code.
• Mentor engineers and bring strong engineering standards into client teams.
