Job summary

Arrows, on behalf of a fast-moving UK tech consultancy, is recruiting a Lead Engineer to own delivery and lead a small team. You will build and architect solutions, taking control of projects from day one while working hands-on in .NET, TypeScript and React.

You will lead, mentor and own the technical direction, acting as the client’s trusted face on engagements. The role is predominantly remote with one day per week in London and occasional client-site work.

Qualifications

• We require a strong hands-on background in .NET with solid TypeScript and React experience.
• Ability to lead and mentor a small engineering team and own delivery on client engagements.
• Excellent communication to own outcomes and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own CI/CD pipeline build out from the ground up.
• Hands-on work with AWS and cloud frameworks.
• Lead and mentor a small engineering team.
• Be the technical face of the project on client site.
• Help shape delivery approach and technical direction for new projects.
