Job summary

Arrows is a technology consultancy seeking experienced software leaders to join cross-functional teams. You will ship scalable web applications, lead delivery, and help shape architecture across multiple client engagements.

You will work with stacks like .NET Core, Node.js, Python, Java/Kotlin on Kubernetes and cloud platforms, collaborating closely with engineers to accelerate value and quality. This is a hands-on leadership role with mentoring opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical teams, ideally cross-functional across more than one organisation.
• Confident shipping and maintaining web applications in a fast-paced, iterative setting.
• Full-stack comfort, with a lean toward front or back end.
• Experience building microservices on container-based infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.).
• Solid hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional tech teams across multiple client engagements.
• Deliver scalable web applications and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Mentor engineers and help scale delivery practices across projects.
