Job summary

Arrows, a technology consultancy in the UK, is looking for a hands-on leader to guide cross-functional engineering teams. You’ll ship and maintain web applications in a fast-paced setting, with a bias toward either frontend or backend but strong full-stack capability.

You'll work with microservices on container-based infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker) and leverage major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) within Agile/Lean environments to deliver high-quality software for scale-ups and enterprises.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional tech teams.
• Proven ability to ship and maintain web applications in fast-paced settings.
• Strong frontend or backend focus within full-stack development.
• Hands-on experience with microservices on container-based infrastructure.
• Solid experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency with Agile/Lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements across multiple sectors alongside other engineers.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver scalable architectures.
• Contribute to stack including .NET Core, Node.js, Python, Java/Kotlin.
• Design and operate microservices on Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
• Develop frontend with TypeScript and React.
