Version 1 is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft .NET Consultant to join our Application Support practice. You will provide Level 3 support for a portfolio of business-critical Microsoft applications, investigate complex issues, deliver minor enhancements, and help improve service stability and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Level 3 support for business-critical Microsoft applications.
• Ability to drive root-cause analysis to reduce repeat incidents.
• Strong customer-facing consultancy and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record in delivering minor enhancements and changes in a managed services setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Level 3 support across supported applications.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues, ensure stability, performance and security.
• Lead minor enhancement and change delivery; support continuous service improvement.
• Provide expert guidance to customers and internal teams; act as escalation point.
