Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Senior Microsoft .NET Consultant to join our Application Support practice. You will provide Level 3 support for a portfolio of Microsoft applications, investigate complex issues, deliver minor enhancements and approved changes, and act as a senior escalation point for customers.

This role combines technical problem solving with customer engagement and hands-on development in a managed services environment, with flexible/remote working options and strong career development

Qualifications

• Experience in incident/problem/change management within managed services environments.
• Strong customer-facing consultancy and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting applications hosted in Microsoft Azure and exposure to CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Level 3 support across supported applications.
• Lead root cause analysis to reduce repeat incidents.
• Improve application stability, performance and supportability.
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction through proactive communication and technical expertise.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and technical capability development within the team.
• Support the successful delivery of minor enhancements, upgrades and continual service improvement initiatives.
