GCB Agency Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Negotiator for an established estate agency in Stoke Newington. You will manage property instructions through to completion, negotiate between buyers and sellers and actively generate new business to drive sales performance.

Ideal candidates have proven residential estate agency experience in North London, in-depth knowledge of Stoke Newington and a track record of securing valuations and instructions.

Responsibilities

The Role

As a Senior Negotiator, you will:

Senior Negotiator Requirements

• Proven residential estate agency experience
• Previous experience working within the North London property market

• A proven track record of generating your own valuations and winning instructions

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Commercially minded, motivated and target-driven

Working Hours
