Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a diverse portfolio of major infrastructure projects in a highly regulated environment. Based in Glasgow with a hybrid pattern (3 days on site, 2 days from home), you will manage packages through full lifecycles from design through to handover.

The role requires NEC4 contract experience, strong risk and change management, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams while maintaining stakeholder relationships and

Qualifications

• Degree in Project Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience delivering projects as a PM in a regulated industry.
• Experience delivering engineering, manufacturing, construction or commissioning projects.
• Full lifecycle project delivery from business case to handover.
• Strong experience in project risk management and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of project work packages from initiation to handover.
• Manage projects in accordance with NEC4 contract requirements.
• Maintain responsibility for scope, programme, cost, quality and risk.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, construction and stakeholder teams.
• Monitor and report progress, risks and performance.
• Support procurement, contract administration and commercial activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular reporting on project progress and performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely and in compliance with governance.
