Responsibilities

• Lead client partnerships as the primary contact for a major account.
• Ensure contract delivery, SLA performance, and high-quality service standards.
• Collaborate with operations teams to align delivery with client expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and performance.
• Manage account budgets, forecasts, and reporting with accuracy.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
