BEAR, the UK’s leading kids’ healthier snacking brand from LOTUS BAKERIES, is recruiting a Senior National Account Manager for Grocery to lead major retailer partnerships including Asda, Ocado, Morrisons and Co‑op. You will own JBPs, promotions, forecasting and P&L delivery, driving distribution, feature space and in‑store activation during an exciting relaunch year.

Qualifications

• Existing SNAM or strong NAM ready to step up.
• Degree qualified.
• FMCG Grocery experience, branded food/snacking preferred.
• Confident on JBPs, promotions, forecasting and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key Grocery accounts for BEAR
• Own customer plans, JBPs, forecasting, promotions and P&L delivery
• Build stronger customer relationships with buyers
• Drive distribution, visibility and seasonal activation
