Working closely with the Commercial Director and Business Unit Head, you will take ownership of some of the Top 4 Grocery Accounts. This role is not just about managing relationships but also about driving growth. Your curiosity and tenacity will be key to identifying opportunities and making things happen.
You will be responsible for setting robust and innovative strategies and relentlessly pursuing their execution. Support will be available from Brand, Insight, Category Data, and Shopper Campaigns – the team works together to succeed.
The company has experienced phenomenal growth recently, with turnover increasing more than four-fold. The trajectory shows no signs of slowing down, driven by increased distribution, award-winning new products, and changing consumer behaviors. The commercial team plays a significant role in this success.

Experience working with accounts within the Grocery Retail Estate (e.g., Tesco, Morrisons, Asda, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, M&S) is crucial for making an immediate impact.
