Job summary

Bite Talent partners with an owner-led food and franchise business in the UK to appoint a Senior Operations Manager / Head of Operations who will own performance across a growing multi-site estate.

You will lead operations, develop leaders, professionalise training, shape future structure and drive growth while reporting to owners; a hands-on, commercially minded operator ready for high ownership.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site leadership experience in QSR, hospitality or franchising.
• Strong P&L ownership and cost control.
• Track record of improving sales and standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on, commercially minded with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own performance across the estate including delivery times and costs.
• Develop management talent and set clear expectations.
• Professionalise training, onboarding, and sign-off processes.
• Design future leadership structures as the business grows.
• Use data and reporting to identify opportunities and growth.
• Report to owners with clear recommendations and coverage.
