Job summary

Head Office Walthamstow is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the performance of multiple QSR outlets in the London area, driving sales, profitability and brand standards.

The role focuses on leading Restaurant Managers, ensuring food safety, customer service and efficient operations, with a strong emphasis on KPI tracking and continuous improvement.

You will visit sites, coach teams, manage staffing and implement promotions to enhance guest experience and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site QSR operations experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Solid understanding of P&L, budgeting and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP.
• Ability to analyse KPIs and develop effective action plans.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience as Operations Manager, Area Manager or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of assigned restaurants.
• Ensure high standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC).
• Monitor sales, labour cost, food cost, waste, inventory and profitability.
• Support Restaurant Managers in achieving operational and financial targets.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits, audits and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP and health & safety requirements.
• Improve speed of service, customer satisfaction and overall guest experience.
• Coach, train and develop Restaurant Managers and their teams.
• Ensure effective staffing, scheduling, stock control and equipment maintenance.
• Implement promotions, new product launches and company operational initiatives.
• Identify underperforming restaurants and implement improvement action plans.
