Job summary

Elior Healthcare is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our healthcare operations across a portfolio of hospital sites spanning Nottingham, Liverpool, Bolton, Leeds and Lincolnshire. You will be responsible for delivering excellent patient and customer experiences, maintaining high standards of compliance, driving financial performance and building strong relationships with senior clients.

• Extensive experience in contract catering with senior multi-site operations.
• Ability to lead large, diverse teams to achieve goals.
• Proven track record building and maintaining client relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage P&L performance.

Responsibilities

• Create a culture focused on excellent customer experience across your area of responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.
• Drive financial performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients and deliver value.
• Oversee the Operations Management function and drive performance across your area.
• Lead recruitment, training and development of the operations team.
• Support the sales team through site visits and robust bids.
