• Fully qualified MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer.
• At least 2 years PQE in commercial property valuation.
• Strong knowledge of local market dynamics.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end valuation workflow from quotation to delivery.
• Cover industrial, office, retail, mixed-use and specialist sectors.
• Act as technical reference and support QA teams to maintain Red Book standards.
• Contribute to growth of the commercial service line through regional networking.
