Macdonald & Company is seeking an experienced MRICS Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer for a senior role in the Midlands region with remote working options. You will handle residential and commercial valuations, including land, and provide expert client advisory services.

The role requires strong communication, autonomy and mentoring abilities, with salary reflecting experience and a UK-based workplace pattern (remote with weekly HQ visits).

Qualifications

• MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer status.
• 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Strong residential and commercial valuation experience including land.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercially minded, confident and autonomous.

Responsabilités

• Undertaking Red Book valuations, desktop assessments and market appraisals.
• Valuing and advising on land and development opportunities.
• Producing high-quality valuation reports and professional advice.
• Developing client relationships and generating new instructions.
• Supporting and mentoring colleagues within the property team.
