Job summary

London’s Surveyors and Valuers Ltd, a London-based firm of Chartered Surveyors, seeks MRICS surveyors to carry out commercial and residential valuations across London and nearby counties. This is a home-based position with the option to work from our office as required, with assignments allocated by geography; occasional cross-area support may be needed.

Applicants should have at least two years’ valuation experience in London and MRICS; salary is up to £75k base with £120k OTE plus benefits

An opportunity has arisen to join our London based firm of Chartered Surveyors, carrying out commercial and residential valuations throughout London and the surrounding areas, including Herts, Kent, Essex and Surrey.

About the company:

London's Surveyors and Valuers opened its doors in 2009 and comprises a professional team of Chartered Surveyors, all of whom are highly experienced RICS Registered Valuers.

The company delivers high-quality bespoke valuation services to clients worldwide, including private banks, specialist lenders, building societies and hedge funds.

About the role:

The ideal candidate must be an RICS registered surveyor and is able to value commercial, mixed-use, HMOs and residential properties. We value residential, industrial units, offices, shops, restaurants and semi commercial properties.

This will be a home-based position with the option to work from our office as you require.

Surveyors are generally allocated to their designated geographical areas, although there may occasionally be opportunities to provide support in other areas when required.

We ask that all applicants have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in valuing properties in London and the surrounding areas - MRICS qualification is a prerequisite.

Salary – Up to £75K BASIC - £120K OTE
