Job summary

Bruton Knowles LLP invites applications to join our National Valuation Team in the London area. As an MRICS Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, you will deliver Red Book valuations for secured lending across commercial and residential assets, with 2 years PQE and a full driving licence.

This hybrid, field-based role covers Greater London and Home Counties, and offers a competitive salary with bonus and a benefits package, including EV salary sacrifice and flexible working.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer status are essential.
• At least 2 years PQE in valuation, or close to it.
• Full driving licence and access to a car are required.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Red Book valuations of commercial and residential properties for secured lending and accounting purposes.
• Maximising efficiency and profitability of work for the team.
• Supporting the team in providing high quality valuation advice to clients.
