Job summary

London’s Surveyors and Valuers Ltd, a London-based firm of Chartered Surveyors, seeks MRICS surveyors to carry out commercial and residential valuations across London and nearby counties. This is a home-based position with the option to work from our office as required, with assignments allocated by geography; occasional cross-area support may be needed.

Applicants should have at least two years’ valuation experience in London and MRICS; salary is up to £75k base with £120k OTE plus benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience valuing properties in London and surrounding areas.
• MRICS qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Value commercial, mixed-use, HMOs and residential properties across London and surrounding areas.
• Manage valuations as part of a home-based role with optional office days.
• Surveyors are allocated to geographical areas, with occasional cross-area support when needed.
