Job summary

Premier Estates Limited is seeking a Senior Chartered Surveyor to lead complex residential and commercial instructions, acting as a trusted adviser while managing technically demanding projects from inception to completion.

You will operate across building pathology, major works, compliance reporting and strategic advisory work, with progression toward Associate level in a hybrid London/South East setting.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification with 2+ years PQE.
• Strong technical knowledge across construction technology and building pathology.
• Experience administering projects under JCT contracts.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple live projects with technical and commercial control.
• Manage client relationships and provide clear, commercially balanced advice.
• Mentor APC candidates and junior surveyors.
• Prepare specifications, tender documentation and administer JCT contracts.
• Act as Project Manager and Contract Administrator on refurbishment and major works (£50k–£3m+).
• Undertake Building Height Surveys and Building Safety Act related reporting.
