Job summary

CHPK Group, part of the Celnor Group, is seeking a Chartered Senior Building Surveyor to lead high‑quality professional Building Surveying services for a diverse commercial property portfolio in London. You will manage surveys, due diligence, dilapidations, and maintenance planning while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires MRICS status, a Building Surveying degree, and experience in consultancy and project-based services.

Qualifications

• MRICS status with chartered professional qualification.
• Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and building pathology.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a broad range of professional Building Surveying instructions including due diligence and surveys.
• Manage refurbishment and fit-out projects from inception to completion with QA and QA checks.
• Provide clear, practical and commercially focused technical advice to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Prepare fee proposals, support bids and contribute to revenue and business development.
• Mentor Graduate and Assistant Building Surveyors and support APC candidates.
• Ensure projects comply with RICS standards and CHPK quality standards.
