EA Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost and commercial management on high-value commercial and super prime residential schemes in London. You will work closely with clients, contractors and project teams, taking ownership of pre- to post-contract activities.

The ideal candidate will be MRICS-qualified with consultancy experience and a track record in high-value projects, offering strong client liaison, cost control and mentoring to junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost and commercial management across high-value projects.
• Prepare cost plans, budgets and forecasts.
• Manage procurement and tender processes.
• Handle contract administration and commercial reporting.
• Perform valuations, variations, payments and final accounts.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks.
• Provide strategic commercial advice to clients.
• Mentor junior QS team members.
