Job summary

Capstone Recruitment UK in London is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-value commercial developments from strategy through to handover, with genuine ownership and direct exposure to leading developers and investors.

You will manage the full lifecycle, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, drive key decisions, and maintain programme, risk, quality and commercial objectives in collaboration with senior client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, high-value projects from inception through handover.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Autonomy to lead projects and drive key decisions.
• MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM or equivalent accreditation is advantageous.
• Experience across CAT A, fit-out and refurbishment projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full development lifecycle, coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide strategic advice to clients and ensure schemes stay on track.
• Manage programme, risk, quality and commercial objectives.
