Job summary

Grupo Elecnor in the UK Energy Division is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to oversee contract management across bidding and execution phases. The role involves risk analysis, negotiations, and ensuring contract terms meet Elecnor’s risk profile.

You will collaborate with technical, production, and client teams, interpret complex NEC contracts, and maintain documentation while managing client and supplier relationships. This is a UK-based, travel‑heavy position with permanent status.

Qualifications

• University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Energy, or Civil Engineering.
• Over 5 years of experience in contract management with NEC contracts.
• Willingness to travel to the UK and operate across multiple sites.
• Fluent English; C1 level mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractual matters directly with technical teams, production teams, and clients.
• Ensure correct interpretation of complex contracts and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Apply contract terms, maintain up‑to‑date documentation, and manage relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Contract monitoring, stakeholder meetings, drafting reports, and formal correspondence.
• Claims management, risk analysis, and audit support.
• Collaborate with regional branches, Legal, Administration, and Insurance departments.
