Job summary

Venture Engineering Ltd is seeking a Senior Sub-Assembly Technician to lead the build, service and inspection of precision motorsport components, including gearboxes and driveline assemblies. You will work from engineering drawings, use torque tools, and ensure high standards of workmanship.

You will mentor junior technicians, maintain traceability, and support event preparation and onsite builds with minimal supervision. A strong motorsport background and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience assembling/servicing gearboxes and driveline systems.
• Strong motorsport or prototype vehicle background.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and use torque tools/precision measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own complex build, service and inspection of gearboxes and driveline sub-assemblies.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to junior technicians.
• Maintain build records, inspections, and traceability with accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve issues and ensure proper fitment and function.
