Job summary

M-Sport UK, based at Dovenby Hall, is recruiting a Graduate Sub Assembly Engineer for the 2027/28 intake to develop in a high‑performance motorsport environment.

You will gain hands‑on experience in building, developing and testing sub‑assemblies, while collaborating with Engineering, Design and other teams to improve reliability and performance.

This is a structured graduate programme with exposure to project planning, technical documentation and quality checks on race‑ready components.

Qualifications

• BEng or MEng in Motorsport Engineering or related discipline.
• Keen to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Passion for motorsport and teamwork in high-performance settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist build, development and testing of vehicle sub-assemblies.
• Support planning, forecasting and project delivery to deadlines.
• Prepare technical drawings, specs and build information.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure standards.
• Track lifing and reliability data for components.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design and suppliers.
