M‑Sport UK is seeking a Graduate Sub Assembly Engineer to join the Sub Assembly team at Dovenby Hall. You will work at the interface between Engineering, Design and Sub Assembly, gaining hands‑on experience in the build, development and testing of vehicle sub‑assemblies and components.

This role supports reliability, performance and continuous improvement of M‑Sport’s competition cars, with opportunities to contribute to system integration and cross‑department collaboration across multiple

Qualificações

• BEng or MEng in Motorsport Engineering, Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• A genuine motorsport passion and drive to progress in a high‑performance environment.
• Desire to learn, develop, and take on new challenges quickly.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a practical problem-solving approach.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with multiple departments.
• Ability to deliver to strict deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering software.

Responsabilidades

• Assist build, development and testing of vehicle sub-assemblies and components.
• Support planning and forecasting to keep projects on track.
• Learn and improve processes across the Sub Assembly Dept.
• Prepare technical drawings, specs and build information for sub-assemblies.
• Conduct quality and build checks to meet standards.
• Track and lifing of transmission components for reliability.
• Analyse issues and report to improve system performance.
• Support system layout, selection and integration across programs.
• Collaborate with technicians, suppliers, Engineering and Design teams.
