The ideal candidate has 12+ years in PM within Banking/Financial Services and a proven track record managing complex programs with strong governance and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Project Management experience in Banking and Financial Services.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance skills across business and technology teams.
• Extensive mortgage domain knowledge including lifecycles, underwriting, servicing and customer journeys.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Mortgage (Homes) projects, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, vendors and senior leadership.
