Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of project management experience in Banking/Financial Services.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale mortgage transformation programs (Homes).
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and client management skills.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory, governance and compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Mortgage (Homes) projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and resource planning.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, vendors and senior leadership.
• Drive mortgage initiatives across loan origination, servicing, underwriting and customer journey improvements.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues and blockers proactively.
• Ensure adherence to governance, compliance and change management processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery environments.

The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills, extensive experience in mortgage product lifecycles, and a proven track record of managing complex projects across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
