Tech Mahindra in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Project Manager with 12+ years in delivering large-scale Mortgage (Homes) transformation within banking. You will lead cross-functional teams across business and technology, align with regulatory requirements, and drive delivery across loan origination, servicing, underwriting, and customer journeys.

Qualifications

12+ years of Project Management experience in Banking and Financial Services.
Strong Mortgage (Homes) domain experience.
Proven track record managing large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and client management skills.

Responsabilités

Lead end-to-end delivery of Mortgage (Homes) projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, vendors, and senior leadership.
Drive implementation of mortgage-related initiatives across loan origination, servicing, underwriting, and customer journey enhancements.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and blockers proactively.
Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and change management processes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.
